Where do the Residence side rooms face?
They are located at the rear of the Hotel facing the Residence.
Do the Residence apartments have a balcony?
All the two-room apartments have a balcony; the two-room apartments Plus also have a terrace.
Are there apartments in the Residence overlooking the sea?
No, the apartments overlook the carpark.
Are there specific menus for children?
On request and notice we adapt the menu of the day to our younger guests according to their needs.
Does the kitchen include fish every day?
On the daily menu there is always a first and a second course of fish for lunch and dinner.
Is there a menu for coeliacs?
We do not have a specific menu nor a wide range of gluten-free breakfast products, in any case, we can provide pasta and gluten-free desserts, obviously, if exclusive brands are not required, then the chef will take care of cooking for the needs of the person, with gluten-free dishes, adapting them according to the daily menu. Another solution that some of our clients adopt, is to buy the products of the specific brand they prefer by themselves and our chef will gladly prepare them.
Does the Hotel have a room for mothers who want to prepare baby food for their babies?
Yes, we offer guests the breakfast kitchenette for baby food, equipped with microwave, electric stove and refrigerator, located next to the bar / breakfast room where the child can eat first. Please agree on times with us.
Is the pool water heated?
Yes and its temperature is between 28 ° – 30 °.
How deep is the swimming pool?
The shallow end is 90cm, while the deep end is 140cm.
Is there a children's pool?
Yes, the shallow end is suitable for children.
Is there a whirlpool?
Yes, new and well functioning.
How far is the hotel from the sea?
50m from the sea.
What are the affiliated beaches and how far are they?
The beach at 50m Regina Beach n. 9-11; at 60m Lele Beach n. 8 with swimming pool; at 100m Center Beach n.21-23; 250m from Fabrizio n. 37.
How far is the hotel from the centre and from the shopping areas?
150-200 metres from the shops; the main square – 1 Maggio’, 300 metres away
From Cattolica train station, what is the best way to reach the hotel?
You can book a taxi with our Management; or arrive on foot in 7-8 minutes.
Is there a babysitting and / or entertainment service in the Hotel?
No, we don’t have this service.
What is the square footage of a room?
About 15sqm.
What is the square footage of an apartment?
The two room apartment is approx. 40sqm; the two-room apartment Plus about 55 sqm
Can those staying in the Residence use the hotel services?
Yes, they can use the swimming pool, garden, bar, and bicycles.
Is there an oven and dishwasher in the apartments?
No, but there is a microwave and electric kettle.
Is there a washing machine in the apartments?
There are 2-3 washing machines on the ground floor of the Residence for free use in common with the other apartments.
Are the children's outdoor toys located in the garden for all ages?
No, they are for children up to about 9 years old.
Do the rooms have WiFi?
All rooms in the Hotel are equipped with a new bathroom with shower, air conditioning, balcony, WiFi, safe, mini bar, hairdryer and TV.
Are disabled rooms available at the hotel?
Unfortunately we do not have rooms and bathrooms for the disabled.
Are there sets with shampoo, shower gel and soap (courtesy set) in the rooms?
Availability on request.
Are cots, high chairs, changing tables available for children at the hotel?
Availability on request.
Is air conditioning available in the hotel and in the rooms?
Air conditioning is available in all rooms, in the dining room and in the communal areas.
Do you have a centralized system for air conditioning?
No, the system is autonomous so you can turn it on and off according to your needs.
What are the breakfast and meal times?
Breakfast 07.45-10.00; Lunch 12.30-13.15; Dinner 19.30-20.15 (entry from foyer).
Is breakfast included in the price of my room?
As with all meal options at the hotel, breakfast is included in the price except if you have booked an overnight stay.
If I stay in the Residence, can I come and have breakfast at the Hotel and how much does it cost?
Yes, you can come and have breakfast at the hotel by paying a supplement of € 10.00 per adult, price for children based on age.
What does your cancellation policy mean?
There is the possibility to take out insurance with Alliance Global Assistance in the event of cancellation, interruption of stay, delayed arrival, 24-hour assistance, medical expenses at http://www.aga-affiliate.it/ita/hoteltorretta/ also on the home page page of our site.
How can I modify a reservation?

What is your cancellation policy?
In the event of cancellation, the deposit will be returned for cancellations that occur 28 days before the agreed arrival date. For cancellations that occur from 28 days before arrival until the day of arrival, the deposit will be retained as a penalty for the cancellation. Is parking available at the hotel?
We have free enclosed unattended outdoor parking available until fully occupied, thus parking should be booked in advance.
Is an indoor parking space available?
Yes, we have a garage for a fee of € 10.00 per day (one parking space).
What time is it possible to check in at the Hotel and the Residence?
From 08.30 onwards.
What time is it possible to take possession of the room in the hotel?
From 12.00-13.00 onwards.
What time is it possible to take possession of the room in the Residence?
From 16.00 onwards.
What time do I have to check out?
By 10.00 am for those who stay in the Hotel and in the Residence.
Is there free Wi-Fi available at your hotel?
Available in the swimming pool area, garden, restaurant, reception and communal areas.
Do I have to reserve bicycles at your hotel?
Bicycles are free to use and therefore cannot be reserved.
Are pets allowed in the hotel and Residence?
Small pets up to 8 kg are accepted in Hotel, maximum one per room. In the Residence only medium size, maximum one per apartment.
What is the best way to get around the city?
On foot or by bicycle, you will find everything you need at your fingertips.
Will I find a full minibar in my room upon arrival?
No, you will find it empty as we give our customers full freedom to buy what they want to drink.
Do the poolside rooms have a sea view?
The 5th floor is exclusively sea view; from the 3rd – 4th floor only partial seaview, due to the location of the property in the second row meaning seaview is somewhat restricted.
